About

The Harbor Council of PTAs is composed of an Executive Board and PTA presidents from school unit PTAs/PTSAs throughout the Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD). Together, we collaborate to support students, families, and school communities across the district.

What We Do!

• Provide training, resources, and guidance for local PTA leaders.
• Support district-wide programs such as Reflections, bike safety initiatives, and student recognition events.
• Promote family engagement and communication between home, school, and community.
• Advocate for the well-being and education of all children in NMUSD.
